Timeline For Zantac Class Action Discovery

October 5, 2020 — On October 5, 2020, Judge Rosenberg ordered a timeline for class action discovery in Pretrial Order #49.  The timeline runs from October 23, 2020 to December 20, 2021, which is the deadline for fact discovery and class motions.
